What is energy healing all about?

The use of energy healing should never be viewed as a replacement for medical treatment, but rather as an addition to one's regular treatment regime, be it for physical, spiritual, mental, or emotional reasons.

Seraphim Blueprint Healing and Reiki can be very beneficial for those who suffer from unpleasant emotions and stress as a result of their everyday lives and any ongoing ailments.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing modality that uses the universal life force, (Ki in Japanese, Chi in Chinese, Ruach in Hebrew and Prana in Sanskrit) and passes it through the healer’s hands and to the body of the one being healed.

Seraphim Blueprint

The Seraphim Healing is switched on through our intention, and consists of more than one very powerful healing frequency. This can be an intention directed to healing ailments, and allowing for emotional flow, releasing stress and trapped energy in your body.

Preparation:

• Physically clean your space and body. Light a candle, smudge incense or diffuse some essential oils. Make your space look, feel and smell nice. This will make your space open for high-frequency energy.

• Wear white or any light-colored shirt during the session.

• Do not take in any alcohol for at least 24 hours.

• Please have an open mind and open heart so energy will be accepted easily by the body.

• We will have a 10 to 15 minutes discussion about your current state before the formal healing session. If you have any diagnosed disease/s, or if this emotional or mental clarity that you wish to achieve in this session, please let me know during this time.
